Please read and agree to each of the following Guidelines:

1-There is no permit for this May Day Solidarity Action.

2-We have no plan to block traffic. We will follow traffic lights and traffic signage during the Caravan & will not block intersections or Emergency vehicles.

3-We will drive in single file with flashing lights as a funeral procession does.

4-We are honoring all those who died due to the lack of medical preparation.

5-We will use our horns, especially at targeted sites.

6-We will post signs with demands and solidarity with all Essential Workers on our cars.

7-You can make your own signs. Some car signs will also be distributed at the gathering site.

8-Drivers are advised to come with full tanks of gas

9-Be sure your Driver's License is up to date and that the Car's Registration and insurance is current

10-No alcohol and no illegal drugs in cars

11-Have at least one fully juiced Phone in the car

12- No weapons

13-We will practice social distancing. Limit all personal contact to absolute minimum, even at the gathering point.

14-Wear masks and gloves. This is an important part of our messaging. If possible wear RED for International Workers Day!

15-All minors ride in cars

16-Bicycle riders, motorcycles, skateboarders and scooters are welcome. Also wear masks, gloves and practice social distancing

17- Remember that there are no open rest rooms, and no open restaurants or cafes with rest rooms. Food is only take-out. So make your plans accordingly and limit fluid intake if possible.

Please download the WhatsApp social media app. We will set up a link of car caravan participants through this App. This will help keep the caravan together and help get you linked to our location you get stopped or lost.

We are arranging with National Lawyers Guild to provide Legal Assistance and Observers on May 1. We expect to have a lawyer's car every 20 cars in the caravan. Signs will designate Legal Observers

We are in contact with NNU and NYSNA and other medical individuals and organizations to provide cars with trained medical personnel every 20 cars
